Terms on Buying a Horse
Terms may vary some from seller to seller,
email for specifics on a certain horse.
~Horses are NOT considered Sold until paid for in full.
~A signed sales agreement and a 1/3 deposit of agreed sale price is required to "hold" a horse, this deposit will "hold" for 1 week or until a foal is ready for weaning, or unless other arrangements are made and in writing.
~Deposits are non refundable unless a horse is injured beyond its understood usage or dies
before the end of the "Hold" period.
~It is recommended a horse be picked up as soon as it is paid for in full, or
should be insured.
~A pre purchase exam is advised and welcomed, but is at the expense of the
buyer. ~Horses
are sold to approved homes. It is our desire that our horses are well cared for
and have a good future. All Sellers reserve the right
to refuse a sale.
