Don't let Duke's age scare you, he is the exception to the rule. Duke is an extremely gentle gelding. He is always willing to try for you and he is extremely sensible. We have had Duke in every situation we can think of and he always keeps his head- he has been in the mountains, he has been in traffic, he has been used this past winter on cattle. He rides out good alone or with other horses. He stands quiet tied, he is easy to clip and load and he is a gentleman to shoe. Duke is easy to catch and always ready to go for a ride. You can leave him sit for the winter and saddle him up and go- no loungeing required, but he does know how to if that's your thing. I can't say enough about this outstanding gelding.
