20 yr old grade QH Gelding. Copper is a 20 yr old grade sorrel (copper) gelding that is a true ‘husband horse’. I just competed in team roping (heeling) at the Spray Rodeo on him and the preceding weekend an eight year old jackpotted on him for two days. He does it all. He heads, heels, breakaways, or whatever else you want to do with him. I was told that the previous owner calf roped on him also. This horse is worth the money for the peace of mind he will give you. He is sound and is an easy keeper. He baths, clips, shoes, and loads in a trailer without a problem. He works equally well in the arena or on the trail. He can run with the mares, or the geldings and stallions, or the mares and geldings. He is just the best horse to have around. I just bought a younger faster horse and my wife says too many horses so he has to go.
